Mastering the Art of Cross-Cultural Connection and Winning Customer Minds Through Digital Marketing in Europe

In a region as culturally diverse as Europe, crafting digital marketing strategies that resonate across borders requires a deep understanding of local values and consumer behaviors. This session will explore how consumer brands can effectively navigate these complexities to win customer minds and build lasting loyalty in Europe.

Drawing on real-world experience across global markets—from France to Singapore—the presentation will highlight key insights gained from working on international brand campaigns. A notable case study includes the introduction of the premium Korean clothing brand KELLY SHIN by DINT at 2025 S/S Paris Fashion Week. This project demonstrated the power of blending digital marketing with cultural sensitivity to create impactful brand campaigns in the competitive fashion industry.
